Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate Flirror, including account details such as your email address, reference photos you upload, product page URLs you submit, generated images and clips, and basic usage records tied to your account.
How we use the information
We use your information to authenticate your account, generate try-on outputs, display your saved looks, troubleshoot product issues, and keep the service secure and reliable.
Reference photos and generated media
Reference photos and generated outputs are stored so Flirror can produce, display, and revisit your try-ons. These assets are intended for your account experience and are not public unless you explicitly create and share a public share link.
Sharing and service providers
Flirror relies on third-party infrastructure and model providers to store assets, manage accounts, and generate try-on outputs. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information and stored assets for as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. If you want account data removed, contact us and we will process the request in line with applicable obligations and system constraints.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account data, but no system can promise absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Children
Flirror is not intended for children under 13, and you should not use the service if you are under the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above.
